1、定義:

液體通過濾(lv)(lv)渣(zha)層(ceng)和(he)過濾(lv)(lv)介質必(bi)須(xu)克服阻力,因此在過濾(lv)(lv)介質的兩側必(bi)須(xu)有壓(ya)力差,這是實現過濾(lv)(lv)的推動力。增大(da)壓(ya)力差可以加速過濾(lv)(lv),但受壓(ya)后變(bian)形的顆粒在大(da)壓(ya)力差時易堵(du)塞過濾(lv)(lv)介質孔隙(xi),過濾(lv)(lv)反而減慢(man)。

懸浮液過(guo)濾有濾渣(zha)層(ceng)(ceng)過(guo)濾、深層(ceng)(ceng)過(guo)濾和篩濾 3種(zhong)方式。

①濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣層過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv):過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)初期過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質只能截留(liu)(liu)大(da)的(de)固(gu)體顆粒(li)(li),小(xiao)顆粒(li)(li)隨濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液穿過過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)介質。在形成初始(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣層后,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣層對(dui)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)起(qi)主要作用,這時大(da)、小(xiao)顆粒(li)(li)均被(bei)截留(liu)(liu),例如板框(kuang)壓濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)機的(de)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)。

②深層過濾:過濾介(jie)質(zhi)較厚,懸浮液中含固體顆粒(li)較少,且顆粒(li)小于過濾介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)孔(kong)道。過濾時(shi),顆粒(li)進入(ru)后被吸(xi)附在(zai)孔(kong)道內,例如多(duo)孔(kong)塑料管過濾器、砂濾器的(de)過濾。

③篩濾(lv)(lv)(lv):過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)截留(liu)的(de)固體顆粒都大(da)于過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)介質的(de)孔隙,過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)介質內部(bu)不吸附(fu)固體顆粒,例如轉(zhuan)筒式(shi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)篩濾(lv)(lv)(lv)去污水中的(de)粗(cu)粒雜質。在(zai)實際的(de)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)過程(cheng)中,三種方式(shi)常常是同(tong)時或相繼出(chu)現(xian)。

3、性能特點:

4、主要分類(lei):

常(chang)用(yong)的(de)(de)加壓(ya)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)是利用(yong)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)室容積變小或施加機(ji)械壓(ya)榨(zha)力進行過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣含濕(shi)量(liang)較低,適用(yong)于固體顆粒濃度(du)高的(de)(de)懸浮液(ye)。在(zai)帶式(shi)壓(ya)榨(zha)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)中,經(jing)重力或真空(kong)初步脫液(ye)后(hou)的(de)(de)濕(shi)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣夾在(zai)兩條濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)帶之間移動,再經(jing)輥子(zi)擠壓(ya)脫液(ye)。螺旋壓(ya)榨(zha)過(guo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)機(ji)具有(you)帶孔(kong)隙的(de)(de)圓筒,其(qi)中有(you)旋轉的(de)(de)螺旋,螺旋槽深(shen)不等,物料由深(shen)槽端加入(ru)推向淺(qian)槽端,濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)室空(kong)間逐漸減小,物料受到壓(ya)榨(zha),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)液(ye)由圓筒的(de)(de)孔(kong)隙排出(chu),濾(lv)(lv)(lv)(lv)渣由小端排出(chu)。

5、選型要素:

1、進出(chu)口通(tong)徑:

原則上過濾(lv)器的(de)進出口(kou)通(tong)徑不應小于(yu)相配套的(de)泵的(de)進口(kou)通(tong)徑,一般與進口(kou)管路(lu)口(kou)徑一致。

2、公稱壓力:

按照過濾管(guan)路可能(neng)出現的(de)最高壓力(li)確(que)定過濾器的(de)壓力(li)等級。

3、孔目數的選擇:

主(zhu)要考慮需攔(lan)截的(de)雜質粒徑,依據(ju)介質流程工藝要求而定。各種(zhong)規格絲網可攔(lan)截的(de)粒徑尺寸查下表“濾網規格”。

4、過(guo)濾器材質:

過濾(lv)器的(de)(de)材質(zhi)一般(ban)選擇與所連接的(de)(de)工藝管(guan)道材質(zhi)相同,對于不同的(de)(de)服役條(tiao)件可(ke)考慮(lv)選擇鑄鐵、碳鋼(gang)(gang)、低(di)合金(jin)鋼(gang)(gang)或不銹鋼(gang)(gang)材質(zhi)的(de)(de)過濾(lv)器。

5、過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)阻力損失計算

水用(yong)過濾(lv)器,在一般計算額定流(liu)速下,壓力損失為(wei)0.52~1.2kpa

6、選(xuan)型(xing)注(zhu)意點:

選用(yong)濾油器時,要考慮下列幾點:

⑴過濾精度應滿足預定要求。

⑵能(neng)在(zai)較(jiao)長時(shi)間(jian)內保(bao)持足夠(gou)的通流能(neng)力。

⑶濾芯具有足夠的強(qiang)度,不因液壓的作用而損壞。

⑷濾芯抗腐(fu)蝕性能好,能在規定的(de)溫度下持(chi)久地工(gong)作。

⑸濾芯清洗或更換簡便。
